 | John Butler - R.I.P. The committee of Quarry Players Limerick extends its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of John Butler, who has passed away, after a long battle with illness. John appeared in two plays with the group, Rashomon in 1975 and The Field in 1976, and directed The Shadow of a Gunman in 1993 and Sive in 1994. He was involved with many other drama groups and theatre companies, and was an accomplished and award winning actor. He is survived by his wife Mary, and children Padraig, Owen, Ciaran and Conor. May he rest in peace. |
